The Madhya Pradesh Professional Selection Board (MPESB) has officially announced the result for the Primary School Teacher (Prathamik Shikshak) Selection Test (PSTST). A total of 13,089 vacancies were notified under this recruitment drive. MPESB Primary School Teacher PSTST Recruitment 2024 : Educational Qualification Details

Primary School Teacher (Post Code 1 to 4)
  • Eligibility: Candidates must have qualified the Primary Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by MP Employees Selection Board, Bhopal in the year 2020 or 2024 with the prescribed qualifying marks.
  • Educational Qualification (As per Rule 8, Schedule-III of Bharti Niyam 2018):
    • Higher Secondary (12th) or equivalent with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) or equivalent / Special Education Diploma, OR
    • Higher Secondary (12th) or equivalent with minimum 45% marks along with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) as per NCTE Regulations 2002, OR
    • Higher Secondary (12th) or equivalent with minimum 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.), OR
    • Graduation degree with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) or equivalent qualification.
  • Relaxation: Candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC / ST / OBC / Divyangjan) will be given a 5% relaxation in the minimum qualifying marks.
  • Validity of Certificates:
    • All academic and professional qualifications must be obtained from a recognized institution.
    • Any additional required documents issued by competent authorities will be accepted only after proper verification and submission within the prescribed time limit.
Primary School Teacher -Science (Post Code 5 to 10)
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in Higher Secondary (12th) with Science stream or an equivalent qualification.
    • A 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) / Special Education, OR
    • A 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) with the relevant subject.
  • Relaxation: Candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC / ST / OBC / Divyangjan) will be granted a 5% relaxation in the minimum qualifying marks.
  • Validity of Degrees / Diplomas:
    • Only academic and professional degrees/diplomas obtained from recognized institutions will be considered valid.
    • All required certificates issued by competent authorities recognized by the State Government will be accepted only after proper verification and submission within the prescribed time limit.
