RRB Group D Recruitment 2026 – Educational Eligibility

  • Candidates must have passed Matriculation (Class 10th / High School) from any recognized board in India.
  • Applicants should possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade from an NCVT / SCVT approved institution, or hold a valid NAC (National Apprenticeship Certificate).

Railway RRB Group D Online Form 2026 – Physical Standards

Female
  • Candidates must be able to lift and carry 35 kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters within 2 minutes in a single attempt without putting the weight down.
  • Applicants should complete a 1000-meter run in 4 minutes and 15 seconds in one chance.
  • Candidates must be capable of lifting and carrying 20 kg of weight up to 100 meters within 2 minutes in a single attempt without placing the weight on the ground.
  • Applicants should be able to complete a 1000-meter run in 5 minutes and 40 seconds in one attempt.

RRB Group D (Level-1) Recruitment 2026 – Required Documents

    Photo & Signature
  • The candidate must upload a recent passport-size photograph with a clear white or light background. The face should be clearly visible, and the candidate should not be wearing a cap, sunglasses, or mask.
  • The signature must be done in black ink on white paper and should be clear and legible.
    Aadhaar Card
  • Candidates must provide their Aadhaar number while filling out the application form.
  • It is mandatory to carry and present the original Aadhaar card during the PET and at the time of document verification.
    10th Class Marksheet
  • This document will serve as proof of date of birth as well as educational qualification.
    Caste / Category Certificates (If Applicable)
  • Candidates claiming reservation must possess a valid SC/ST certificate, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate, or EWS certificate for the current financial year.
  • The certificate should be issued in the prescribed format as specified by the Government.
    PwBD / Disability Certificate (If Applicable)
  • Candidates belonging to the PwD category must possess a disability certificate issued by a duly constituted Special Medical Board.
  • The certificate must clearly mention the percentage of disability.
    Ex-Serviceman Certificate (If Applicable)
  • Ex-servicemen candidates must have a valid Discharge Book or Service Certificate.
  • The document should clearly indicate the total duration of service rendered.
    Bank Account Details
  • Candidates are required to furnish their bank account details, including the account holder’s name, account number, and IFSC code.
  • These details will be used for fee refunds or any future payments.
    Domicile / Address Proof (If Asked)
  • Candidates may be required to submit a valid state domicile certificate, if applicable.
  • They should also provide their permanent and correspondence address details as needed.
    Other Useful Documents
  • Candidates should maintain an active email ID and mobile number for all future communication.
  • Applicants must keep a printout of the application/confirmation page and the fee payment receipt for future reference.

Note : Candidates must Keep all documents scanned and ready before form filling. Fill name, DOB, and parents’ names exactly as per 10th marksheet. Incorrect or fake documents can cancel selection. Carry originals with self-attested photocopies for verification.
